Transcript Viewer

Every closed ticket generates a full conversation transcript. Browse, search, and download them directly from the dashboard — or view them inline in your browser.

What's in a transcript?

Every message sent in the ticket channel, with timestamps
Staff and user avatars and display names
Form responses submitted when the ticket was opened
Who opened and who closed the ticket
Close reason and ticket metadata

Formats available

HTML — Fully styled, dark-themed page. Viewable in any browser, includes all formatting.
TXT — Plain text for simple storage or searching.

Where transcripts are delivered

Opener DM — Sent directly to the user when the ticket closes
Log channel — Posted as an embed with attached file to your transcript channel
Dashboard — Viewable in the Transcripts page, filterable by ticket ID

💡 Tip: Configure your transcript channel in Config → Transcript Channel ID.

How to view a transcript

Go to TranscriptsClick "Transcripts" in the dashboard navigation.
Find the ticketBrowse the list or use the search box to filter by ticket ID.
Click ViewOpens the HTML transcript inline in your browser inside an iframe.
DownloadUse the HTML or TXT download buttons in the top-right corner.

Enabling / disabling transcripts

Go to your guild Config page and toggle the following flags:

HTML Transcripts — Generate HTML files on close
DM Transcripts — Send transcripts to the opener via DM
TXT Transcripts — Also generate a plain text version
