Overview Stats
The analytics dashboard shows six key metrics at a glance:
- Total Tickets — All-time ticket count for your server
- Open — Currently open (unclaimed) tickets
- Closed — Total resolved tickets
- This Week — Tickets opened in the last 7 days
- Avg Close Time — Average hours from open to close
- Avg Rating — Mean satisfaction score (1–5 stars)
Charts
Tickets by Category (Bar Chart)
Stacked bar chart showing open vs closed tickets per category. Instantly see which categories are busiest and which have backlog.
Status Breakdown (Doughnut Chart)
Visual split of all current tickets by status — Open, Claimed, Closed. Useful for spotting if too many tickets are sitting unclaimed.
Staff Leaderboard
Ranked table of all staff members showing:
- Tickets Claimed — How many tickets each staff member has picked up
- Tickets Closed — How many they resolved
- Avg Response Time — Average time from ticket open to first staff message
- Avg Close Time — Average time from claim to close
- Rating — Average star rating from user feedback
💡 Tip: Staff stats update automatically after each ticket is closed. Ratings are collected via DM after close.
Category Breakdown
Per-category breakdown showing total, open, and closed ticket counts. Useful for understanding which support areas generate the most volume.
How to access Analytics
- Open your guild dashboardLog in and select your server.
- Click "Analytics" in the navAvailable in the top navigation when viewing a guild.
- View charts and leaderboardAll data loads automatically. Charts update on page load.
